Founder

Desirae Schwertel is a strategy, customer experience, and visibility leader who helps businesses align who they are with how they’re discovered, evaluated, and chosen—particularly in local and digital search environments. She builds practical strategies that translate brand intent into visibility, trust, and sustained growth.

With experience across enterprise, B2B, and consumer settings, Desirae anticipates shifts in customer behavior and search ecosystems and turns that foresight into execution-ready plans. In recent years, she has led initiatives preparing organizations for AI-influenced discovery, shaping omni-channel content strategies that perform across traditional search, emerging interfaces, and owned platforms.

Desirae has built and led reputation and reviews programs recognized by external SEO partners for improving customer sentiment, blending data-driven insight with a human-centered understanding of trust and behavior.

Eric Zinck

Founder

Eric Zinck is a hospitality, entertainment, and live-event operations leader with 25+ years of experience managing high-pressure environments where precision, trust, and execution matter. His background spans nightclub, bar, and restaurant operations as well as professional wrestling and live entertainment—giving him first-hand experience coordinating talent, production teams, vendors, and venues in fast-moving, high-visibility settings.

In addition to venue leadership, Eric has extensive experience coordinating transportation, logistics, and on-site operations for nationally recognized talent and large-scale productions based in Atlanta. He is known for calm, hands-on leadership, and operational discipline.

Early in his career, Eric also supported a public-sector transit proposal in Fayette County, building experience in stakeholder coordination and local decision-making. This also provided relationships and insights he has continued to build on throughout his career.
