1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Elevate Atlas (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Elevate Atlas provides consulting, advisory, and execution services related to local visibility, digital presence, reputation management, content strategy, and related marketing support.
All services are provided on a professional, best-efforts basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or statements of work.
3. Client Eligibility & Industry Exclusions
To avoid actual or perceived conflicts of interest, Elevate Atlas does not provide services to businesses operating in or primarily serving:
Insurance companies, agencies, or brokers
Financial services firms, including investment advisors, broker-dealers, banks, credit unions, lending institutions, or wealth management firms
We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements if a conflict of interest or risk concern is identified.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, visibility, traffic, leads, revenue, or specific business outcomes.
Search engines, platforms, algorithms, and consumer behavior are outside our control. Past results or examples do not guarantee future performance.
5. Marketing & Compliance Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their business claims, testimonials, and marketing representations.
Elevate Atlas does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including FTC advertising guidelines.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as search engines, review platforms, or social networks). We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or third-party data accuracy.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Elevate Atlas retains ownership of its proprietary methods, frameworks, and tools.
Clients retain ownership of their existing intellectual property.
Deliverables may be used by clients for their internal business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Atlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if an engagement presents legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
